Dare I Ask?
Weekly TV show produced by Metro Screen and UWS.
Dare I Ask? will ask the questions we all want to know the answers to – but it might not be answers we get, rather more questions instead! Through a selection of guests, Dare I Ask? will do just that, ask questions and let opinions come to life. Real people talking about things we come across everyday. Does art exist on the street or just in the galleries? Is marijuana harmful even if it helps you? Do genital piercings take body modification too far?
A volunteer-run production, Dare I Ask? is recorded every Monday night at Metro Screen and is keen to hear from people wanting to get hands-on experience in multi-cam TV production.

tvs – A Different View
Television Sydney [tvs] is the first permanent free-to-air television channel to launch in Sydney in more than 25 years. Metro Screen and the University of Western Sydney [UWS] are proud to be the founding members of tvs.
tvs aims to provide exciting and entertaining programs which reflect the interests, concerns, and passions of the diverse audiences and communities of Sydney, including series and one-offs.
tvs particularly encourages producers to explore new creative concepts and formats. tvs have no hard and fast rules about the types of programs that will be broadcast but producers are urged to consider whether the subject matter adds to the diversity of free-to-air television and whether theirs is a program others will want to watch.
