CERTIFICATE III IN CINEMA PROJECTION [Beginner]
Unique in Australia, this accredited course is your opportunity to gain a comprehensive grounding in all aspects of cinema projection. Participants receive hands-on training in a range of formats including 16mm, 35mm and digital projectors and will learn the essential skills of making up and breaking down film, equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. On completing the course, you will be well prepared to look for employment in the industry.

Special Feature: Upon successful completion of this course you will receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment from the Certificate III in Live Production, Theatre & Events [Cinema Projection] CUE30203.

Tutor: Alan Butterfield
Alan is one of Australia’s most experienced projectionists, Alan has installed and
operated film, video and sound equipment for many years at the Sydney Opera House, Canberra’s National Library, Sydney’s State Theatre, AFTRS and the Chauvel Cinema.

This course covers 6 units of competency from the Certificate III in Live Entertainment, Theatre & Events.
